It all started as a side job.  Fixing computers from local residents and businesses.   Growing a small following and building friendships and relationships along the way.  While fixing an issue,  I have a rule:  Explain it in a manner that anyone can understand.  Understanding is key.  Customers asking questions, getting involved and knowing what is being done to their machine.   Building trust and a relationship is key to my business and growing as a business but personal as well.
